Things don’t always go according to plan. Where a ceremony needs to be rescheduled, I will work with you to find an alternative date that suits everyone. However where a ceremony is cancelled altogether, the following policy applies.
- Where the cancellation takes place after the full fee has been paid and between 14 and 7 days before the ceremony, 50% of the fee will be refunded (minus the non-refundable deposit).
- Where the cancellation takes place after the full fee has been paid and within 6 days before the ceremony, 25% of the fee will be refunded (minus the non-refundable deposit).
Please note that the $150 deposit paid at the time of booking is non-refundable regardless of when the cancellation takes place.
