Amethyst-Wedding Celebrant

Amethyst, Your Celebrant and Ritual Maker

ZiggyAmethyst, a registered marriage celebrant (A11065), has been an initiated and committed Wiccan for several years. She founded the now worldwide tradition of Inclusive Wicca and she leads both the face to face coven in Adelaide, South Australia and the online school, community and coven at http://www.oakandmistletoe.com.au/

While Amethyst performs all manner of ceremonies across many belief systems, she specialises in Pagan ceremonies including weddings, handfastings and vow renewals and she does so with a passion for ensuring that her clients get exactly what they want and not what the celebrant thinks they should have. This is YOUR ceremony and Amethyst takes that commitment to delivering to your needs very seriously.

As well as many years of hands on practice with the Craft, Amethyst has a Doctorate from Curtin University in Western Australia in which she researched how Wiccans and Witches learn intuitively. She also has a Masters in Professional Education and Training from Deakin University in Victoria and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from James Cook University in Qld. Amethyst has a successful natural health clinic and she’s also a well known author and Wiccan teacher.

Away from work , Amethyst shares her life with her wonderful partner, follows closely the antics, trials and joys of her four grown up human kids who have all left home and clears up after the two feline and two canine kids who call home their castle! In her limited spare time, she continues her own higher degree Wiccan and natural health studies, paints in oils and revels in the joy of life.

Our journey began at Katipo forest, and was yesterday completed in front of our friends and family. Amethyst has been a wonderful encourager and support throughout our journey. We would recommend Amethyst to you in half a heartbeat, if you want a wonderfully spiritual journey, be it wedding or handfasting and wedding as we did. Paul and Kerry
